ANCIENT KUSH

The ancient empire and kingdoms of Kush are critical guiding stones in the tracing of precursive civilizations within The Horn of Africa.

Biased opinions bordering upon lies, proffered by some of our earliest scientists, within the various disciplines of anthropology, are surprisingly perpetuated amongst many scholars of today. Despite ample scientific evidence, attempts persist to coopt and relegate ancient Kush as the daughter or better yet, baby brother or little sister to the mighty Egyptian empire.

The truth is that The Kingdom of Kush in times of antiquity, developed a dominant culture, centered within a zone which they called Kerma. The original Kerma culture and civilization served as precursor to the mighty pre-dynastic civilization of The Naqada zone of Egypt, whose rulers would proceed on to found the world’s first great empire, known to them and us today as great Kemet.
